Returns & Exchanges

• Accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and purchased from our website.
• To start a return or exchange, email us at trinovamart3@gmail.com with your order number.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claims.
• For an exchange, place a new order and we'll authorise the return of your previous item.

Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable if the product is defective, damaged, or not working.
• Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify your return.
• If your refund is delayed beyond 7 days, contact us at trinovamart3@gmail.com.

Not Accepted

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Dissatisfaction with price.
• Wrong order placed by mistake.

Cancellations

• Cancellations can only be done before shipping.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
